Our version of (disputably) the first drink to ever be referred to as a cocktail. Made with Diplomatico Exclusiva, stirred with a dash of orange bitters & a sugar cube.

Pineapple Daiquiri

This cocktail is harmony in a glass, with Pineapple Plantation Rum, pineapple juice, lime & sugarcane.

Mai Tai

Our tiki-themed classic, originated in Tahiti. Appleton Rum, Cointreau, orgeat syrup & lime for a little taste of the pacific.

Tropical Escape

A delicious mix of Havana 3, grapefruit juice, fresh lime, almond syrup & bitters

Chocolate spiced Black Magic Rum paired with coconut cream & Frangelico with a little added Habana magic.

Rum Sour

Our twist on a classic, a rum-based negroni, with a hint of rhubarb. Made with LWF Rhubarb Rum, Campari & rouge vermouth, stirred then finished with a flamed orange.

Sultry, piquant & a little bit wild. The traditional drink of Bermuda with dark rum, fresh ginger, lime & ginger beer, it’s all that & more.

Espresso Martini

A cocktail experience not to be missed. We left the conventional choice of vodka aside and replaced with the alluring flavours of Ratu Signature Rum.
